Back to Guidelines for Prenatal and Perinatal Immunohematology
Prenatal and perinatal testing practices need to be customized for the unique physiology of these tiny patients.
This Guideline is presented to offer transfusion service directors and supervisors a reference source to use when formulating prenatal/perinatal testing practices or replacing outdated tests and customs. In particular, the use of Rh Immune Globulin, antibody titrations, and ABO and Rh testing are thoroughly discussed and referenced.
